Teletherapy Fees for Speech and Accent Training

15-Minute Consultations

Speech/Language/Voice Services  

Evaluation (adult and pediatric): $400*  

30-minute sessions: $90/session  

Accent Training Programs (includes evaluation and 1 session/week)  

Individual  

6-week program: $1,000 USD  

12-week program: $1,600 USD  

Single session: $120 USD  

Group  

6-week program: $800 USD  

12-week program: $1,600 USD  

*Rate may increase depending on complexity. This will likely be discussed in the consultation.  

Does Avanza accept insurance?  

Avanza Communication, PLLC is a private-pay speech-language therapy practice. We do not participate with or bill health insurance plans. Payment for services, including speech therapy fees, is the responsibility of the client or their responsible party at the time of service.  

Upon request, we can provide a superbill containing the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that providing a superbill does not guarantee that your insurance plan will reimburse you. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to determine whether your plan provides out-of-network benefits for speech-language pathology services.  

Medicare  

Due to federal Medicare requirements, individuals who are Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible to receive services through Avanza Communication, PLLC, including on a private-pay basis. This restriction applies regardless of whether an individual is willing to pay out of pocket.
